Silicone coating repair. Job was completed in about four hours for a double wide mobile home. Contractor came out and pressure washed roof, then applied Coating. Management was easy to get a hold of for questioning with good communication.

My experience with NEXUS construction and designed has been fantastic. I worked with project manager Ely Gemara and I am very pleased with the finished project. Ely’s team arrived on time were ready to work. My job started on Monday morning at 7 AM when a team showed up and removed all of the old roofing from the roof and on the following day on Tuesday the team showed up and got down to business and by Tuesday evening the majority of my roof was done. There was only very very little finishing touches to be done of which on Wednesday a team of two men came and finish the job. On Thursday, I had a walk-through with the project manager and on Friday I had another worker come by and asked me if I was happy with a job, I’d like to say I’m extremely pleased with a job. The cleanup was amazing. There was nothing left. The roof looks fantastic. I’ve had a couple of neighbors come by and asked me. I have a sign in front of my house advertising NEXUS construction and design, and I’m very pleased with their company and look forward to doing more work in the future with this company. I also have no problem recommending this company as I’m very, very extremely pleased with my project.

Nexus did an exceptionally great job replacing our roof. It was estimated to take 4 to 7 days to completely strip and replace the roof, but it was completed in 3 days. Eli expertly explained the waterproofing benefits of hydrophobic pigment and resin and took the time to demonstrate the longevity, durability, and waterproof qualities of the Coolife product. He used principles of science and did a simulation to prove that the product was of superior quality. His demeanor and professionalism was genuine and we felt confident that the workmanship of the job they did in stucco painting, outside house wood repair, and removal of our rotting awning would be long lasting and durable.

This company told me they had financing and that I could pay x amount a month. This I found out later only covers the interest. With interest compounded daily, I don't think I would ever had paid it off. Beware!!!

My wife and I just got our roof replaced with Eli at Nexus, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. He promised there wouldn't be any extra charges beyond the original quote, and they totally kept their word, even when they found some unforeseen wood damage that could have cost a few thousand dollars more. It wasn't even their fault, but they still honored their price protection policy. The crew was great , they handled everything smoothly and didn't charge me a penny more. Where do we begin? Eli came out to assess our exterior walls and provide a paint quote. After reviewing our plans, he recommended a longer-lasting coating system with a lifetime warranty. We chose this option because, despite many of the expensive paint quotes that we got, this lifetime solution was more cost-effective in the long run. We’re so glad we went with it and the house looks brand new, and the best part is we’ll never have to paint again.
